Kim Kardashian’s Post-Baby Diet Optimized For Breastfeeding

Kim Kardashian is losing weight and looking great since welcoming her daughter North West just three months ago — but her ability to breastfeed her newborn has remained a top priority while she’s getting her own body healthy.Kim Kardashian’s Diet Optimized For Breastfeeding
Kim’s trainer Tracy Anderson revealed that Kim is getting her body back without a too restrictive diet or much exercise. She told OK! magazine:
If you’re nursing, this is not the time that you can really diet because you have to keep enough calories so you can have a healthy milk supply. I think that a trend I’m seeing is a lot of women will nurse and diet and they don’t realize that it’s not okay for the baby because you’re not giving the baby breast milk that is full enough.
Kim also needs the calories for her own energy, because breastfeeding and keeping up with a newborn is exhausting!
Breastfeeding can also help aid in weight-loss efforts without much exercise because “it is nature’s way of helping to pull things back to a certain point,” Tracy told the mag.
Tracy previously told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Kim was “not concerned” with working out, but instead she was “concerned with spending time with the baby.”

Kim Kardashian Eating Organic Foods To Be Healthy

Kim’s concern with what her daughter is eating also extends to what she’s eating. Kim is “making sure everything is organic since she has become aware of just how many chemicals can be put into processed foods,” a friend told OK!.
Even when Kim went to Paris with Kanye West, she made sure not to interrupt her daughter’s supply of breast milk. She left frozen breast milk for her mom and babysitter Kris Jenner, and Kris is feeding the baby, according to TMZ.
