Just when you might have had the audacity to think that Kim Kardashian might be turning over a new leaf in being a mom, thusly choosing fashion that was flattering and wouldn't urge you to reach for the Maalox, she went and wore this getup during fashion week. She shared a shot on Instagram yesterday, but today, you're presented with the full horror of it all.
